Disclaimer: I have not taken the Sedona Method training course, and what I have to say is based soley on the introductory CD they offer. However I have experienced some changes similar to what they discuss on the CD and am confident enough about the Sedona Method to recommend it prior to taking the training.
On the Sedona Method website they describe the program thusly:
Remember, the Sedona Method will help you release and resolve unwanted feelings. Thousands of Sedona Method graduates worldwide have reported the following results:
- Financial freedom and success.
- Improved relationships.
- Higher levels of self-esteem and self-confidence.
- Reduced stress levels, bringing calm, clarity and inner peace.
- Freedom from depression, anxiety and fear, anger, and other emotional challenges.
- More energy, better health and a real sense of vitality.
- And much, much, much more.
Now, those are mighty tall claims. It reminds me of the stories from America's wild and wooly days with "patent medicine" salesmen roaming the wilderness selling junk cures they promised would solve any ailment.
The key claim is "resolve unwanted feelings". Unwanted or uncomfortable feelings are a burden most of us carry through our lives, and they weigh us down. Unwanted feelings get in the way of abundance, or healthy relationships, or self esteem, they increase stress, they create depression, and anxiety, and the burden saps our energy resources.
I have experienced in my own personal work in healing myself the power of learning to "let go" of unwanted feelings. At first I stared at my therapist dumfounded, how do I "let go"? Eventually I got the idea and learned that letting go of unwanted feelings can be easy, and can free up personal energy in many ways, and I very much believe that the improvements claimed above are very possible.
Obviously since I have not taken this course, I cannot recommend it without reservation. I can recommend that this is very much worth your investigation. I hear two things on their CD that validates the course. First, that the training program has been running continuously for nearly thirty years validates long-running interest in the material they teach. Secondly, it is clear they come from a solid spiritual basis and grounding in solid spiritual principles.
You can easily kick the tires, as I did, by ordering the free introductory CD. The packet I received included quite a bit of written material, and a DVD to watch.
