| After a 41 year quest, in 1991 I recognized Reiki as that which I had been seeking. I practice Reiki daily, with gratitude, and teach in the manner of the ancient schools of mastery, as did also Master Usui. Reiki is an integral part of all the healing and teaching work I do, which covers a broad range of fields and experience. I am a nationally certified Hypnosist and Trainer, Addiction counselor, Life Coach, Breathworker, Palmtherapist, and Stress Management Consultant. I am Founder and President of the Academy of Life Management, a thriving group practice in Salt Lake City, Utah. We offer services and products for stress management, self discovery, and personal mastery - body, mind and spirit. Private sessions, classes, specialty workshops and certification are available.
