Reiki first came into my life as a way to deal with balancing the demands of life with young children. After experiencing the benifits of Reiki for myself and my family, I became committed to make this wonderful energy available to other mothers. I believe strongly in the benifits of caring for one's physical, emotional and spiritual needs so that one may care for others.
