| Cindy has been actively practicing as a Reiki Master/therapist since 1995. Her main focus is concentrated on regaining wellness and reclaiming personal power by embracing different spiritual beliefs, traditions and practices. By helping people integrate holistic practices into their daily lives, people tend to recognize and remember their strengths and make a connection with their spiritual essence. Reiki has been a very inspirational experience for me. Exposure to it has given me a greater magnitude of understanding my capabilities. This sacred technique helps integrate the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels and can assist in restoring and enhancing our natural healing ability.
