Sheri Bauer became a Reiki Master/Teacher in June of 2000. Sheri first became interesred in natural healing in the early 1980's when she was introduced to "energy healing" techniques through a congregation of hands-on healers. Sheri used this "laying on of hands" technique on her family and friends who benefited from her natural ability to relieve the distress of many minor ailments. Along the way, Sheri took many classes related to healing including Healing with Nutrition, Chinese Medicine and the Hannah Kroeger Herbal Workshop. She has additionally practiced channeling energy through ongoing Tai Chi classes and continual breath work practice. Since her attunement as a Reiki Master in 2000, Sheri has practiced "energy work" as a part of a Reiki Group giving and receiving Reiki treatments in the metro Milwaukee area. She has additionally taught Reiki classes and has applied Reiki as a part of her volunteer work in a Hospice environment. Sheri has been a Workshop presenter and trainer in a corporate environment since 1989, where she has taught and counseled college students.
