I am a personal development and wellness consultant working in Fredericton, NB Canada.As a certified Reiki Master, a certified adult educator, a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming and a certified Master Practitioner of Quantum TLC, I am committed to helping people reach their greater potential, enjoy quality and effective living, and awaken their passion to bring value into their world and to the lives they touch - Providing human potential development, leadership, and vision coaching and facilitation for successful achievement of goals. . I have designed an eight week program which entails a weekly 2 hour visit for eight weeks. The first hour of our session includes a chakra energy centre assessment, an hour of working with NLP techniques and ending with a Reiki session. Then you leave with a week's worth of self-excavation work to help you become Aware of yourself and the world in which you live. This program has been tried and proven to change the lives of the people who have participated in this program. It develops a renewed sense of spirit, a stronger core, self confidence and increases self-esteem. It guides you to your own inner knowings and teaches you how to understand your body wisdom by using the chakra energy system as a decoder for what your body is telling you from illness, disease, discomfort, etc. I also have another Life Balancing program in which I base it on the major areas of life. I provide personal coaching sessions to help you discover who you can become and give you the tools and blueprint to work on yourself proactively with guidance, direction and a solid personal development program. I also provide personal development and wellness workshops and trainings in group environments. These include goal setting with results; intuition workouts; becoming a peak performer; communications skills to get the results you want out of life; Heart's desire and visioning, and much more.
