| The Portland Reiki Center was founded in 1986 to provide a reliable source of teaching and treatment of the Usui System of Natural Healing. Phil Morgan was initiated by Phyllis Furumoto, lineage bearer of the Usui System, in May 1986. Since that time he has become known internationally as a holder of this energy and a teacher/practitioner of high integrity. He is a member of the Reiki Alliance and the current President of the Board of Directors for the Reiki Foundation International. | |
