| Reiki is a spiritual discipline as well as a wonderful way to relax, de-stress and tonify your mind and body's energy fields. Besides offering private 1-to-1 hour-long sessions of Reiki, I also teach people to become Reiki practitioners and in addition, host a weekly Reiki healing circle at The Center, 1 Little West 12th Street, NYC. At the circle, I give tips on relaxation techniques, breathwork, a guided meditation and individual mini-sessions of Reiki. I love helping my community and welcome new faces and interest. | |
