hello, I am very pleased that you took a moment to look at how Reiki may be able to help you help yourself. I am now choosing to share with you my own personal experiene I have had with Reiki and still experiencing. I had an operation ten years ago to correct a spinal condition, I had 2 metal rods & hooks placed against my spine to keep it as straight as possable. I had started to work 8 months later. One day at work I was lifting folding tables up some stairs with another man, he had let the tables go and they came back at me. I foregot that I could not bend. I ended up in a body cast for a long time. I was disabled for close to a decade. I was introduced to Reiki after I had tried practically everything. I had no expectations, therefor I had nothing to loose. My pain doctor told me that Reiki did help her and that was enough for me to give this Reiki a chance. > I was told right away that Reiki helps relaxation and reduces stress. < The first session I received was to put it simply was wonderful. I took a bigger intrest in reiki after my pains were half gone, read book and gathered whatever information I found. The Reiki spoke to me as if I already knew it before. I took my first degree level and began to Reiki myself and others. I may only say that Reiki helps you to relax and reduces stress. I chose the universal life energy to help me help myself to heal . I am healed and I am thankful and greatful. And may all your blessings be. I also read aura's to help the mind & body. I also balance the charkra's(energy center's of the non physical body). Work with energy candles. Also help people with O.O.B.E's/Astral Travel. Also card readings and much more. Will take next level next month. Will be Master Teacher. May all be within love.
