| Reiki uses the abundant life force energy that is in all of us. It never harms or gets in the way of anyones free will. Reiki promotes healing on three levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual. My husband, James, and I have been teaching in the Plantation area for 3 years. We teach all the levels as well as provide private Reiki sessions for those who are interested. Reiki is the best thing I have ever learned for myself. It is very powerful not only with the energy but the philosophy behind Usui's teachings are beneficial for the whole world.
