| I became a Reiki Practitioner in 1989 and Master in 1991 and was accepted into The Reiki Alliance in that same year. I resigned in 1994 to become an independent Reiki Master. I firmly believe Reiki is a vital supportive therapy. I have also trained in Karuna Reiki as a Master (teacher), taught by Wm. Rand and in 2002 trained in "Japanese Reiki" in the Gendai Reiki Society as taught by Hiroshi Doi. Also certified as a hypnotherapist and am an Emotional Freedom Coach (EFT). I recognize all Reiki Masters as one in Reiki and continue to be interested in finding out all I can about spiritual, emotional, mental, and how it influences physical healing.
