I hold three certifications in Energy Healing. I am a certified Energy Life Coach, certified Reiki Master/Teacher and a certified Theta healer. I am also called “Mom” by my daughter and my son who I am very proud of and adore!!  I live in upstate New York at the base of the picturesque Adirondack Mountains. My specialty is working with women, children and men to help them heal/shift their energy to a more empowered fulfilled life. I assist my clients with whatever they want to focus on where they can become more effective with what they want to achieve, do, be or have in their life. I also teach my clients techniques that they can use in their everyday life to help guide them to a more empowered life. I work with Law of Attraction, Reiki, Theta, Light Body, Future Visioning and Mastering Alchemy techniques. I am currently studying other modalities and techniques to further help my clients with whatever they want to have assistance with in their lives as well. I also work with the “I Am Presence” which will allow you to transcend your human “ego” self and realigns you to your true “higher” self where your true potentials and callings reside. When you are more in alignment with your “I Am Presence” you become more of an observer and react less to the situations in your life. I feel that all of our thoughts, emotions and our belief systems affect every aspect of our life. I will work with you to uncover your subconscious beliefs, thoughts & emotions that are holding you back from well being and with where you want to be in your life. I love helping other people!!
